Toggleable anonymous suggesting

I've experienced people spamming a creator with suggestions that were jokes rather than serious suggestions. With it being done anonymously it's impossible to moderate which means that the entire suggestion system would have to be turned off. Instead it would be nice to be able to just turn off anonymous suggestions, that way it's possible to talk to the people doing instead, so suggestions can stay open.
