South Africa - Local stores & Workarounds

I must assume the biggest issue with adding South Africa as a country is the duty/tax on oversees items and the necessity of the recipient's National Identification Number for imports. There are however local online stores that wouldn't require either of those things, such as: Takealot https://www.takealot.com/ , Makro https://www.makro.co.za/ , and we even have a South African Amazon now, with big local warehouses https://www.amazon.co.za/ Also, if you at least add it as a country I can choose, I would be able to change my address instead of it needing to remain as my abuser's address from when I lived in the United Kingdom.
