Sending Thank You Notes

I think it would be handy to have a feature to send gifters a message (like the thank you note) incase of losing streaming platforms ext. Maybe not a messaging system as I can see how people could abuse that but maybe some kind of option to put in your new streaming name/site and then it notifies all past buyers that your platform has been changed. This would be great for sudden loss of accounts, so gifters don’t think people just took off or scammed them, and I’m sure would help with avoiding a possible flood of chargebacks. Or maybe an additional thank you message you can send but maybe have to wait 5 days between messages to avoid spam.
