Same item different amount/options
Items that are essentially the same (ex: visa gift card) but come in different options or amounts could be grouped together and then an option/amount could be selected by the purchaser. So the different links could be added to the same item, separated by their amounts/options and when they select the one they want, the corresponding link would be selected for purchase
