Returning Descriptions To Gifter Messages

I miss having the description of what gifts were bought when I click the "Thank you messages" section. Sometimes my gifters will send gifts in clusters, or more than once in a day. And I want to be able to genuinely thank them for the specific items. Not to mention sending them a photo of said arrived item. This is particularly helpful if they were anonymous.
