Reject suggestion notif

Hiiii I'd like to suggest a feature that gives the option to send a message along with gift suggestion rejections. Rn I feel really rude and guilty just rejecting anonymous ppls suggestions I'd like to be able to say "thank you for being thoughtful but I can't accept this gift because of XYZ" yaknow? Thanks!!
