Permenant (no need to stock) Open amount cash gift (creator sets minimum, gifter decides how much to gift)

so a creator made only a $5 gift available and after gifting three times, my credit card company blocked the fourth because it assumed it was a duplicate transaction. it doesn't seem to make sense to limit cash gift amount (other than a minimum/maximum)

"Tipping" is not allowed on our platform. All gifts must be tied to a physical item so this is not allowed.
