Overlay progress bar colours

At the moment, almost everything on the progress bar overlay for crowdfunded featured gifts can be customised. Everything but the colour of the progress bar itself. Seems odd that I can pick all the other colours but not that one. The colour that got used doesn't match the theme that I have on my channel and also makes it hard to read the progress bar text. I think this tweak shouldn't be too difficult to add and would make a difference in the readability of the overlay!
