In the Orders tab show delivery status (estimated then actual delivery date once delivered)
I understand it's not throne's fault if it's late but it helps to know when the gift is estimated to arrive and when it actually arrived.
Extra: on the checkout cart, screen it helps to know the difference in delivery time with and without the extra priority fee available on some gifts to decide whether to make it priority
