Be able to move items to collection list.

So now we can make "collection" to organize our lists by items. But you can't move things from your main wish list to the collection, you still have to add each link even though you've *already* added them on the main wish list. Just like how we can change positions by clicking the ... or just dragging it around, we should also be able, once we made a collection, be able to move it to the collection instead of having to look the link up again and go through the rigamarole of adding it that way.
