Allow using Throne Balance to buy gifts for other creators again

A recent update (v2.8.3 or v2.8.4) seems to have removed the ability to use Throne Balance to purchase gifts for other creators’ wishlist. Now it only works on your own wishlist or as a cash payout. This happened silently in a “Bugfixes and feature updates” release without changelog mention. Many users used to support each other using this feature and they were talking about this. We would love to see it restored
