Allow minors to have Throne.
Allow minors on throne with restrictions (no adult gifts, kids under 13 supervised by an adult, etc) so that grandparents, friends, etc can send gifts. Allow a child's cash gifts to be put into savings accounts and set aside for college, etc. A lot of young kids on social media use amazon wishlists which isn't a safe option for minors anyone.
