Adding Mercari as a verified Merchant

I believe Mercari should be added as a verified merchant. Mercari is a online store that allows users to buy secondhand items (very similar to eBay). It would be a great option to add it Throne since it has a variety of items and is very safe. Its almost the same as Ebay which is a verified merchant so I think it would fit in nicely.
